What are you ultimately striving for?

We asked rising stars from the community to open up to us about their end goal. We asked them where they want to be, professionally, by the end of their careers and have shared some of those responses below.
Ultimately the end goal is I want to teach and equip others. I want to do some form of business empowerment. Read more>>
The end goal is to always be creating pieces we can be proud of. Listening to old tracks and honing in on new ones becomes a life eras tour. As our track list grows, so does this creative record. Each song moves us back into a way we felt and a way we were. It’s the best form of reflection. Alex: Professionally, I would like to substantially supplement my income sharing these pieces of reflection, and moving people musically, whether that is with an original, or a crowd pleasing cover. Being a career English teacher, I strive to meld the musical/creative and instructional schemas of my life into one. Read more>>
As a photographer I want to be able to travel the world and expand my photography in the fashion world. I’ll have one of the most creative spaces to create for others. Read more>>
Something I constantly push for is enough success to share with others. One day I want to be able to share my experiences, knowledge, and resources with others so they may also have a great chance in getting what they want out of life. There has been many times in my career where I had to go without or suffer because of challenges I had to face independently, I wish to someday be that person that people can look to for a better start. My end goal is also to inspire and motivate the next generations because I believe true wealth and success is within the mind but hard to find. Read more>>
The end goal. Wow, has this changed over the past four years of business ownership. When I started Emma Jo & Co, I was pregnant with my first son. If you would have asked me back then what my “end goal” was, I probably would thrown out some huge financial goal or “business status” goal. I would have talked about wanting to grow my business to the point where I would have several employees, a huge warehouse, beautiful glass windowed office, a retail store… the works. I felt very called to be someone who created jobs for people in the community that they absolutely loved. I wanted to be a recognizable brand that worked with huge corporate companies like Pinterest, Google and Amazon. Read more>>
The “end” goal is a perpetual series of short-term goals. A crucial mistake in any undertaking is that we think we have more time, but there are no part-time human beings, we are ‘being’ all the time. In a world that seeks to call our attention away from the sheer miracle of being alive, I seek to focus attention, intention, and balance, along the paths that rise to meet me. The end of my life will be the end of my career, so both professionally and personally the goal is to be confident that I made the most of my time and opportunities. Read more>>
My main goal, from the beginning of my career, and what I anticipate being my goal until the end, is to deliver the best quality work that I am capable of, and make my clients feel beautiful and secure in the way they look (I consider it an honor and privilege to do so). I don’t have a monetary figure in mind, and choose to not measure my success that way, I am not in this business to amass great wealth but my dream is to fully support myself doing my art full time. Expanding my skill set, and exploring this medium completely is also a goal of mine. Read more>>
I would love to be able to have created a business that my children can take over, should they choose to. I don’t want to build something solely for my benefit. Growing up and graduating from High School I had to work full-time and go to school full-time. Juggling both was extremely difficult, but I wanted to have enough money to care for my needs and get skills by way of college. So my end goal is to make that path easier for the next generation. I also have started a program, The Custom Clothier Academy, that is helping other aspiring tailors and designers to get into the field of custom clothing. Read more>>
I hope to win it all, give it away and die broke like all my heroes; Touch a soul or two, help heal an old wound. Empower anyone who feels weak, and maybe own 100 cats I don’t know. Read more>>
You know, the end goal for me would be to be in a place where I am happy. When I say that, I don’t just mean financially, I mean mentally and physically happy. I want to have a feeling of accomplishment and success that I did what I set out to do, whether it was to make connections, build relationships and wealth, or open doors for my kids to have better opportunities. That would be the end goal for me. When I’m ready to retire and maybe do something else other than PR, I want to have that feeling before it’s all over. Read more>>
