We had the good fortune of connecting with Tikresha Warren and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tikresha, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business was my daughter Cloe Maton she was diagnosed with epilepsy at 18 months.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am proud of how consistent I have been with my business no matter how much I wanted to give up I kept going. It gets hard sometimes but I just think about the bigger picture behind it all which is my daughter. I’ve learned that no matter how much support you get or don’t get always be your own #1 supporter. I want the world to know who Cloe is and how strong she’s has been, my daughter having epilepsy has never stopped her from anything she wanted to do and anything is possible and always trust God.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say checkout District 78 it’s a new restaurant good food and drink’s beautiful establishment. Cooper’s hawk winery is Also nice.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a shoutout to my business partner Allegra Jcups owner of The Wig Bodega/Wigslayer Jcups
