We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeriesha Crutchfield and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeriesha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
So, I launched my press on nail business April 24, 2020 during the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Like most of the world social media was definitely an outlet. I would log on to Facebook/Instagram and see so many women wanting their nails done. So, that’s when the light bulb came on. I thought, “Let me put my love for nails and my 10+ years of working retail to use.” My main goal was to create nails that were great in quality, reusable, and affordable. These nails are created with all the beautiful hard working women in mind that desired style and luxury at affordable prices.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My humble beginnings started in 2007 at this clothing store called Dots. While they had great clothes/accessories at great prices, they really prided themselves on customer service. So, taking those same customer service skilled that I learned from working at Dots was a fairly easy transition for me when it came to working my own business. I truly learned what women really wanted when came to what make them feel good and look great without “breaking the bank.” I want people to know that Snapped Luxury Press On Nails was created for all the beautiful hard working women that desire style and luxury at affordable prices. My main goal is to give them convenient, hand crafted, salon quality, and reusable press on nails

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, seeing as I’m a very chilled person I would definitely go have breakfast/brunch at a couple of my favorite places Toast and First watch. We could do Painting with a Twist (which is my absolute favorite thing to do) and Urban Wick because who doesn’t love a good candle. Also, we could go Top Golf for a few game and good food. At all these places you are bound to meet some amazing people that can form life long friendships. I’m always open to that.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to dedicate this one to My Village. Seriously, my family and my very close friends have been such a huge blessing in creating, funding, and shopping Snapped Luxury Press On Nails. I mean they have been simply mind blowing through this journey. So, I truly appreciate them for believing in me in and my brand. I will forever love them for that.
