Being creative and being able to express myself makes me happy. Ideally, using my creativity to help others feel inspired and to grow is what makes me the most happy. I’ve found that through creating content and working with brands, I am happiest when I can express myself fully. Everyone is different, and everyone has different styles of doing things, and I feel most satisfied with my work when it reflects who I am and what I feel. I also find joy in learning new techniques or trying out new skills just for fun. It’s one of my goals to try new creative tasks as well as learn new things as much as I can. it also makes me really happy to inspire others through my fitness and other content, I have received messages from multiple people saying I posted something they really needed to hear, or that my consistency at the gym urged them to get a gym membership for the first time. That is the best feeling ever, to be able to give others what I needed years ago, and to encourage others with words that I need to hear myself. Moving forward, I definitely am aiming to help other’s change their lives through fitness and creating, as well as aiming to help others with words of encouragement from my own heart. Read more>>

From small acts of daily kindness, to leaning towards an empathic approach towards a harsh situation I find it best to remind myself to create happiness for others whenever I have an opportunity to do so.
