We had the good fortune of connecting with Corduan Osburn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Corduan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
It all started with everything being “side work” . I would perform plumbing repairs early in my career in my spare time from my 9-5 job. I was very knowledgeable at drain cleaning & considered myself an experts & that’s kind of how the company name started.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Im a master plumber I perform residential plumbing repairs & I also do new construction plumbing in the state of Michigan. Hard work, dedication, & accountability is what got me to where I’m at today. If definitely 2as not easy there was some rough patches but it was worth it in the end. I overcame all of my challenges by having tunnel vision & telling myself mentally that then end of all this hard work would be worth it & that kept me going. I want the world to see my brand as a family owned plumbing company that takes pride in customer satisfaction, what sets my company apart is we individually take our time with each customer to make sure they are highly satisfied we hold ourselves to a very high standard. Some lessons learned along the way would be is to have patience, & to never rush anything your doing if your expecting a good outcome.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them to a Pistons or lions game if possible for starters. Top golf is something I like to do in my spare time. Downtown Detroit / cork town area for food.

My cousin George he’s a plumbing contractor & Master Plumber also. He got me into plumbing I always thank him when I see him I don’t know where I would be if I wasn’t a plumber.
