Meet Clarence Gleton | Co-owner of Kratos Fitness & Performance Group

We had the good fortune of connecting with Clarence Gleton and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Clarence, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to help as many people as I can with what I’m good at which is fitness. Now that I’m doing that I wanted to structure my whole life around it. To the point that I can live a life of freedom while doing something meaningful with my life on my terms.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Kratos Fit Gym is a gym based in Redford that pride ourselves on having a great workout environment and community. Our goal is to create a “Cheers” like atmosphere whenever you enter the gym along with keeping fitness simple. By keeping fitness simple with our easy 3 step process our clients get results fast typically losing 20lbs within the first month. The name Kratos: often known because of the video game ‘God of War” is actually the Greek God for Strength. We chose the name Kratos for this reason, to promote strength.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
