We had the good fortune of connecting with Brad Osantoski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brad, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
For over 15 years, I’ve refined my process of video production, photography, and design to help businesses and entrepreneurs amplify their voice and image to authentically resonate with their audience. So many businesses are great at their expertise, but perhaps don’t have the skills, bandwidth or creative vision to market their own product or service. With Brad Oz Cinema I want to create a one-stop-shop for marketing solutions.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My style of videography & photography is clean, professional and timeless. My goal is to provide you with the best version of yourself or your company — I want you to fall in love with the visuals that we create, and how the content can be leveraged to share your story. I’m most proud of our quality of work and the long lasting client relationships that we foster.

Whether I’m creating a music video for YouTube or a large projected video in a museum — all projects deserve focus, care, and attention to delivery premium results.

I want everyone to understand the opportunity and the value of sharing their story.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in the city revolve around the city and the waterfronts. I love to go for boat rides with my friends on Lake Saint Clair or hit the beach at Belle Isle. The best way to experience any city is on wheels — so biking or skating around downtown and the waterfront is a great way to get the full experience. Downtown has some incredible dining options within walking distance. As the night winds down, check out Barcade — incredible arcade & pinball selections, great service & drinks, even good food!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to the skating and the community for sparking the curiosity of my video production & photography career! I picked up skating 20+ years ago and my friends and I were obsessed with capturing video and photo content. Skating put a camera in my hands and gave me a purpose to learn more about video editing. 3 years into skating, I learned more about the opportunity of video production as a career from my skatepark owner Casey Turner. This year, I’ve designed a 3D skatepark layout for my hometown that will be installed this year! I couldn’t be more excited to see my vision come to life. It truly feels like a full circle moment where I can use my skills to give back to the future generations of the skate community.
