Hi Dee, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?

Jump Ahead L3C is a social Impact company that focuses on using innovative things like Esports to educate people on social issues that affect society local, county, statewide, nationwide, internationally & globally. We host Esports competitions & help build infrastructure and eventually we will develop housing using 3D housing to attack the housing crisis globally.
We hosted cash prize Esports competitions. There was no one hosting Esports competitions for the community to compete.
We got the opportunity to educate underserved communities on health care, voting, and cancer. The Kent County Sheriff’s Department showed and sponsored the event where we got to speak on police and community relations which is a big social issue nationwide.

Thankfully, Jump Ahead L3C got to host a Esports competition at the National Guard Base to educate the community on climate change and renewable energy. The Department of Defense pollutes the earth a lot they are the biggest organization of government to pollute the earth we hosted a Esports Competition Doing Call of Duty Warzone for a $2000 cash prize for the community for free to educate the people on the need to vote be educated and support the veterans on bases across the nation that are filled with bad things that kill veterans because vets and people who serve the USA just to die not because of fighting, but the toxins that planes and cars and tanks and different things the Department of Defense buys. Jump Ahead L3C believes the Department of Defense should continue to buy renewable energy, green energy, housing for vets, invest into veteran services and continue to develop EV charging stations on bases across the United States & eventually the National Guard and every base across the nation. The Department of Defense needs to stop buying things that kill people on bases senselessly and across the nation. The Department of Defense needs to be aligned with all the nations, the United Nations 17 goals everyone.

C4 is a BIPOC organization that could help the Department of Defense as they have funded Jump Ahead L3C’s Esports event at the National Guard base & developing a rideshare to reduce the carbons of gas cars, and trucks using electric vehicles & helping develop green infrastructure.

TechFlow is a company the Department of Defense is working with to install Electric Vehicle car chargers on US bases across the nation.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Jump Ahead L3C is a company that does social education around Esports in an equitable, equal, fair, & just fashion. We are the pioneering Esports organization that helps our community build infrastructure and an ecosystem to get people out of poverty and good paying careers. We have been working with Kent District Library for a year and a half and they’ve purchased hundreds of thousands in computers and equipment to develop Esports infrastructure, eventually offering Esports to 600,000+ Patrons across Kent County! Esports is even a part of KDL’s Strategic plan. I’ve been working with School Districts and Banks and am very very excited to work with Fifth Third Bank, to help develop educational opportunities working with Epic Games and get one of the biggest banks to work with Epic Games. Jump Ahead L3C is going to help the financial banking system see the benefit of Esports and video games, and how they can develop educational opportunities which is needed as society advances people of all backgrounds, ethnicities genders will have the opportunity to get a financial education and build a universe using Fortnite and the Unreal 5 Engine Fifth Third Bank can be one of the first banks to use Fortnite as a educational tool which would benefit the Esports industry and banking industry as Epic games has universal goals that aligns with the United Nations goals it can be a powerful powerful opportunity to eventually have a global positive economic impact on Global Issues helping educate countries and powerful leadership across the planet to see the benefit of having the banking system support the Esports industry and video game companies. One day Jump Ahead L3C wishes influence the United Nations and possibly the Federal Reserve Bank. Universally it could be possible. If Jump Ahead L3C can have a powerful globally impact on the Universe. Working with a Network of 300+ universities and colleges across the nation to Partner with Epic Games to develop video games is powerful and a very very cool opportunity to have college students competing to develop the best game that billions of people could know of & play one day globally. But knowing there is a congressional competition that students 8-12th grade can develop video games and apps to educate Congressional Leaders at the Capitol Hill on how their actions can have an effect on nations of people one day if we push and work hard I believe change will happen. This journey has not been easy. I’ve driven city to city and gone to different states to get connections and contacts and build genuine friendships with these video game companies. But, I got this out the trenches. I started with a vision. I’ve won international Visionary Awards Global Business Awards even Snoop Dogg’s Esports Team knows of Jump Ahead L3C and Dee Jones! Being consistent and persistent and showing up I learned you gotta show up and apply yourself. You don’t hit the shots you don’t shoot. I’ve learned how to host events all alone and it’s been a process of learning and getting better.

But, in business no one is going to save you. You have to save yourself, you have to believe in your vision, you have to work hard, you have to be consistent. I’ve gotten this far by being genuine, honest, authentic, and passionate, having a vision for life. I want the finest luxury life and I’ll work as hard as I can to achieve every goal I wish to achieve.

I would like the world to Know that Jump Ahead L3C has a goal of being one of the best innovative businesses across the Universe. Being one of the best sustainable, Eco-friendly, equitable, equal and good paying organizations that pours funding back into the global economic growth we will be one of the best businesses on the planet one day.

People will have a special passion for Jump Ahead L3C. We will have a genuine authentic company culture. We will influence culture all around the world. Jump Ahead L3C will set equitable, equal, cool cultural standards in an Eco-friendly fashion.

Our very ambitious goal is to be a trillion dollar valued company. Our social impact work goes beyond Esports, but developing housing using 3D printing and developing infrastructure in underdeveloped countries. I know everyone says they can be Amazon, Tesla, Apple, and lead like Bill Gates. But, Jump Ahead L3C was recognized for our 1st Esports competition that anyone can see on Microsoft’s website. Which led us to getting an International Visionaries Award & global business award which I had the opportunity to go on A cruise with Royal Bloodlines Powerful People around the UAE, Dubai all across the planet. I think Jump Ahead L3C can do it. An elegant cultural street luxury brand with cool innovative initiatives and social initiatives. Even if Jump Ahead L3C falls short of this big big goal of being worth a trillion. I know we can get to the billions.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

You know it’s not a lot of things for African Americans where I live because of political structures and bad political leaders and policies. We have to fix these problems within the system.

But, I’d go to Chicago Style Gyro or Rika’s Chicken. They got good Chicken get soul food or Chinese food.
Depending if they’d like to get lit and vibe downtown the The bob, The woods, Social House, Flanigan’s we would be outside going to the bar’s chilling. To be honest I’d say let’s just go outside. We need Esports bars. We can go to the hood and chill. People love to kick it in the hood. The “Hood” needs a lot of love though!

To be honest the infrastructure here isn’t built to have true cultural change, but we are working on infrastructure strategically. That’s going to be the change we are going to see. I’d like a drink of Patron chilling with the powerful billionaires with the power to have a truly culturally diverse city, county and state & do good business internationally and globally. One day that can be us it is going to be us one day.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
If I’d like to give anyone a s/o Steepletown Neighborhood Service for giving Dee Jones the opportunity to develop the youth initiative “Jump Ahead” that’s where things started. The city government for giving Dee Jones a $10,000 grant to start this entrepreneurial journey. All the sponsors of every Esports event I did for the city. Everyone that showed up to support the Esports events I was going so hard to get funding to host these Esports competitions in one of the worst cities for economics for African Americans in the United States. Also KDL for believing in the vision of Esports. Epic Games for giving the opportunity to school districts, colleges and universities that don’t have Epic Games education tools to develop better educational opportunities using Fortnite & the Unreal Engine.
