We had the good fortune of connecting with Fallon O’Guinn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fallon, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I am an actress. It’s important for me to show that great talent can come from Detroit Michigan:

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am an American actress/ Singer-Songwriter from the West Side of Detroit. Growing up performing, singing and doing stage plays. Early theatre roles in productions like Voices in My Head and Mahogany Dreams (at the iconic 1515 Broadway theatre in Downtown Detroit) gave me the confidence and improvisational skills that I carry with me into the film industry. “Theatre teaches you confidence and improv on the highest level,” I say, crediting these experiences for giving me a strong foundation. I began to shift into what is now my thriving acting career. My love for film and television is my endless love affair. I also grew up attending a foreign language school in the city where I became fluent In French which is a skill I am now able to nail different accents when I approach my characters and auditions.

My most recent film Blind Trust taking on a British villain—a far cry from her earlier roles, but one that allows me to showcase my range as an actress. Playing the powerful chairman (with a British accent) of a pharmaceutical company bent on revenge. Blind Trust is streaming on Prime Video and Tubi. I was recently nominated ‘Best Supporting Actress in a feature film’ for my role in “Ten Toes Down”. Nominated at the Detroit Filmmaker Awards. I am also excited to have transitioned into doing series as well! Beyond acting I own an online boutique called Remedy Accessories (www.remedyaccessories.com) selling handpicked accessories & clothing.
