We had the good fortune of connecting with Jason Arntz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jason, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I owe it to God, my family, and the community around me to pursue and test the limitations of my full potential. I believe anything less is unethical. From there, my goal was to find a way to monetize my passions in a way that would serve the needs and desires of others. This is how the media company was formed and ultimately, the film/ photo studio.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are an “OTHERS-DRIVEN” business. As a media company, a marketing company, and studio we are devoted to “Empowering Your Expansion.” This philosophy is successful for a couple reasons. This is only made possible when you understand that success and opportunity are not commodities, they are created every day by individuals who “make it happen”. This allows you to see others not as competitors, but as colleagues or even collaborators.
1. When you focus on others, great things happen around you and in your community. All ships rise with the Tide.
2. When an organization is focused on the big-picture goals, we don’t sweat the small stuff.

We also all subscribe to an “expand or die”- “massive momentum” mentality. Our jobs are our passions and our hobbies are our business. We commit fully and run as hard as we can. We absolutely love every second of what we do!

What makes me most proud is seeing struggling and/or new content creators who attend our workshops and events achieve their goals and fund their OWN economies. This will raise up market conditions for all of West Michigan.
I’m also extremely proud of the incredible array of individuals and businesses we’ve brought together to create the 2024 edition of StudioCOR3. This is going to change Michigan productions for all of us forever.

I have learned so many lessons along the way. It has been far from easy. And that’s one of the biggest lessons. Do what’s right and what creates TRUE PEACE regardless of the way you feel or the circumstances.

Maintain your vision throughout the inevitable adversity of business. And there is always adversity.

It’s challenging to unpack all this here.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am NOT the person to show anyone the best time ever. I’m either with my wife and kids or building these businesses. If I have free time I’m supporting my team “MARK” or attending a client’s event.
I use to skydive. We could go do that. And after we’ll talk about goals and growing together. Then let’s hit the gym! Best gym in the city is Grand Rapids City Gym.
Growing and becoming better is the best time ever!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I thank God every day. He’s been my rock and my constant through every up and down and my failures would have ruined me and the lives of those I love it it wasn’t for Him. 2nd, my wife has put up with my constant pursuit of entrepreneurial opportunities. She’s stood by me through every failure and every success while juggling 3 crazy boys. My parents have inspired my creativity since I was young and always encouraged me to build something great.

Books that help direct my paths: “10X Rule”, “Sell or be sold”, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” “Richest man in Babylon” “the Holy Bible”.

My team: Jazzy, Kam, Andrew, Jen, Iris, Josh “Ghost”, AJ, Geoff, Rick (All the Rottschafers), Alexis, Brock, Tyler and so many more incredible people who have consistently supported Revo Enterprises and StudioCOR3.
