Meet Jennifer Buchner | Naturopathic Doctor & Breathwork Facilitator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Buchner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
A big pillar of the work I do is rooted in education because I believe that knowledge is power. I strive to empower and educate women to understand how their bodies work, how to keep them healthy & how to create balance in all areas of their life. While embodying this wisdom these women go on to create a ripple effect of change within their own lives & communities.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Naturopathic Doctor & Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for helping women come home to themselves; mind, body & soul. I am most proud of the way I’ve taken the experiences I’ve had along my own health journey & transformed them into a business that helps others on their healing journey as well. Helping other women feel seen, heard & to know they are not alone in their struggles is the most rewarding feeling. What I want people to know, especially women who may be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves, is that you are not broken & you already have everything within you to create the healing you desire.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My parents, sister & partner who have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey so far. I would not have the strength to persevere when things inevitably get challenging without their unwavering faith in me.
