I am on a mission to massively improve small business success rates. This is the benchmark I’m striving for now!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m on a personal mission to help more Coaches make $100k+ in their businesses. While Coaching is a booming industry, people love to show big, flashy results online that don’t always reflect the work that goes into scaling a 6-figure coaching business. In fact, stats show that only 3% of coaches are breaking the $100k mark annually.

Why are so few Coaches making $100k+? Because we have tons of amazing humans entering the coaching space that have never grown a business before. They’re lacking in the marketing, sales and business skills necessary to scale a 6-figure business.

When we combine that with the over-abundance of people marketing online by telling you how “easy” it is to grow a 6-figure coaching business, we end up with lots of frustrated Coaches struggling to make money. In reality, growing a coaching business is not easier than scaling any other business to 6-figures. There’s no “free pass to $100k” that’s handed out to Coaches.

Plus, most new Coaches either don’t have 10’s-of-thousands-of-dollars to invest in high level mentorship, or they don’t THINK they have the funds to invest. Either way, most are not getting the support necessary to scale their business.

In early 2023, I decided to do something crazy in comparison to most business coaching contains (and even compared to what I’ve offered in the past). And I created a Low Cost, Lifetime Business Mentorship.

Coaches no longer have to try to figure things out themselves, wonder why no one is reaching out, or endlessly Google “how do I get Coaching clients?” Inside my Lifetime program, Coaches are taught step-by-step how to build and grow and audience, create content that converts into clients, run sales calls and develop an offer that has people drooling to join!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots to frequent are when I get to support other small business owners. Locally, I would invite my friends to La Hausteca, one of the best kept secrets of Grand Rapids, MI. It is authentic Mexican food prepared with love by members of their family. You just better call first, because they are closed when they travel home to visit family.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
One of the first personal development books I read was Jen Sincero’s, You Are a Badass At Making Money. That book was the first time in my life that I realized the way we think about and behave with money is shaped by our childhood, and that we have control over how we continue to interact with and think about money. I read that book and did every exercise at the end of the chapters. I truly believe this book and the concepts she taught inside of it or WHY I was able to make as much in one month in my business, as I used to make in a year in corporate.
