Meet Litta Monea | Model & Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Litta Monea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Litta, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my support system. I solely believe my support system is the foundation I needed to get where I am today. Its so important because it has been days where I haven’t had the resources so I had to reach out to those I knew more than I did. I appreciate them so much.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Outside of being a content creator and model, I also have a career in Psych and College Advising. I help within the Mental Health field, and I work with high school seniors to get into college. I’m so proud of the statistics and data I’m obtaining with my students. I have gotten 45 seniors accepted into college and a bunch of scholarships. I love that I’m working in my community, helping the youth in my community. I graduated from Oakland University with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I would say I networked a lot to get where I am today and I would love to thank my college adviser, Brittany Thomas and Kayla Jones for always seeing the potential I had.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, me and my best friend Vae, grew up together in the same city so we would have the same experiences. However, she would be the one to show me around to cool places because she has been to more places than I have. I love that we learn from each other and experience better things that we didn’t have the opportunities to when we were younger. My favorite place to go though is wine tasting and Trap Karaoke with Pyro and my team Detroit Hotties.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to dedicate my success to my family and my big cousin for exposing me to the industry. I loved to watch her do her shows and perform. I admire the it girl aesthetic she gave off. I just knew once I was old enough to really pop out, I was going to do just that.
