Meet Priyanka Dabhi | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Priyanka Dabhi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Priyanka, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Real estate, to me, is not only a business—it is about making people’s dreams a reality. Helping a family purchase their first home, guiding an investor to build wealth, or assisting a seller in moving on to their next chapter is deeply meaningful. Beyond the transaction, I see my role as helping clients protect and grow their biggest investment. I provide advice and guidance on how to maintain and increase property value, so their investment continues to benefit them long after closing day.
My work also bridges communities. Because I speak multiple languages, I am able to serve immigrant families who may otherwise struggle to navigate the process. That creates access, confidence, and the chance for more families to experience the stability and pride of homeownership.
When people feel secure in their homes, entire communities thrive. That is why I view what I do as more than real estate—it is community building, one home at a time.
I do not just sell houses; I help people create a place to call home, build wealth for their future, and strengthen the communities we all share.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a full-time, top-producing Realtor with Keller Williams, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Metro Detroit. What sets me apart is the way I approach real estate—with integrity, education, and genuine care for people. I see my role as more than closing deals. To me, it is about guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
My background in education has shaped the way I work. I take time to explain each step of the process so my clients feel empowered to make informed choices with confidence. I also serve a very diverse client base, and my ability to speak five languages allows me to connect with families who might otherwise feel uncertain navigating the real estate journey.
The road to building my business was not easy. Starting while raising two children meant late nights, early mornings, and learning to set boundaries. Add to that the challenges of low inventory and a competitive market, and I had to become creative, proactive, and resourceful. Those experiences taught me resilience, the power of relationships, and the importance of consistency.
What I want the world to know about my business is simple: it is built on people, not just properties. My greatest pride comes from the trust my clients place in me, the referrals they share, and knowing I have played a role in their life’s milestones.
I do not just sell homes—I help people write the next chapter of their story.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a close friend was visiting for a week, I would make sure they experienced the full energy and diversity of Metro Detroit. We would start downtown—walking along the Riverwalk, enjoying Campus Martius, and exploring the great restaurants in Greektown and Corktown. For sports fans, catching a Tigers or Pistons game would be a must.
Closer to home, I would take them through Canton, Northville, and Novi to enjoy the beautiful parks, charming downtowns, and some of the best local eateries. Plymouth’s Kellogg Park is perfect for relaxing with coffee or ice cream, and shopping at Somerset Mall in Troy is always a favorite stop.
For culture, we would spend a day at the Detroit Institute of Arts, and I would definitely include an evening in Ann Arbor to enjoy the food and arts scene there. And if time allows, we would take a road trip to Traverse City or Lake Michigan—there is nothing like the wineries, fresh air, and incredible views to round out a Michigan experience.
From the energy of Detroit to the beauty of Traverse City, Michigan has something special for everyone.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would not be where I am today without the unwavering support of my family. My husband and children have been my greatest source of strength, always encouraging me to give my best in everything I do. My father also deserves a special mention. Watching him work in real estate back in India planted the first seeds of passion for this field and taught me the value of hard work and integrity.
I also owe so much to my amazing friends and clients. They have trusted me, referred me, and cheered me on through every stage of this journey. Their belief in me has been a driving force in my success. When your clients become lifelong friends and your friends become your strongest advocates, it is a reminder that real estate is not just about transactions—it is about relationships.
The truth is, my success is not mine alone—it belongs to the family, friends, and clients who have walked this path with me.
