Hi Sherese, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most crucial factor behind the success of The Patton Agency and our brand has been our unwavering commitment to authenticity and building genuine relationships. What sets me apart from others: What truly sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to authenticity and innovation. In an industry that often prioritizes trends and fleeting moments, I have always believed in the power of genuine connections and groundbreaking ideas.

What I am most proud of or excited about:
I am incredibly proud of the diverse portfolio of projects I’ve been a part of, each leaving a unique mark on its audience. Furthermore, I’m excited about the future possibilities that lie ahead, especially with the rapid evolution of technology and communication mediums.

How did I get to where I am today business-wise:
My journey has been a blend of hard work, continuous learning, and forging meaningful relationships. While I’ve faced numerous challenges along the way, each obstacle served as a lesson, pushing me to refine my skills and expand my horizons.

Was it easy? If not, how did I overcome the challenges:
Certainly not! Like any journey worth embarking upon, mine has been filled with its fair share of hurdles. However, through perseverance, seeking mentorship, and staying adaptable, I navigated these challenges, emerging stronger and more resilient.

Lessons learned along the way:
The most profound lesson I’ve learned is the importance of adaptability and resilience. In an ever-changing landscape, being able to pivot, learn from failures, and embrace new opportunities is crucial. Additionally, fostering genuine relationships and maintaining integrity in all endeavors has been foundational to my growth.

What I want the world to know about me or my brand and story:
Above all, I want the world to recognize the passion and dedication that underpin everything I do. My brand stands for innovation, integrity, and impact. Every project, every collaboration, and every decision is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference and leave a lasting legacy in the PR Industry.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There is so much we can do! Here’s the short version, lol.

We will start Downtown with breakfast at Hudson Café, a visit to the Detroit Institute of Arts, and a stroll along the Riverwalk. In Midtown, we can explore the Motown Museum, Detroit Historical Museum, and catch a show at the Fox Theatre (depending on who is performing). Dive into Corktown’s charm with breakfast at Folk, a tour of Michigan Central Station, and a visit to the unique Heidelberg Project. Relax on Belle Isle Park, enjoy dinner with a view at Andiamo Riverfront, and explore local favorites like Eastern Market and Greektown. If it’s spring, we can catch the Detroit Tigers Game at Comerica Park at some point during the trip as well, It’s kind of a must.

There have been so many people to name regarding mentorship and encouragement. My Friends and Family have been my support system throughout the development of my career and my agency. For that, I thank every one of them.
