We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Foster and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is my commitment to walking a righteous path and enjoying the process of growing & learning.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am currently a Talent Acquisition Partner and most of my work revolves around recruiting and partnering with organizations to help community members reach their personal goals and have access to fulfilling employment. I volunteer in after school programs which helps improve and uplift our, and I form community structures and fundraising events that brings awareness to community members that are less fortunate, disabled, or disadvantaged. The work that I strive to do contributes to the fact that we need each other to survive and to thrive.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my friend to Starbucks to council and update, the gym to honor our bodies and plot on future moments, lunch/dinner outings that revolve around sushi and tacos, and evenings filled with reading and watching movies.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A group that deserves credit and recognition in my story so far is my village of family & friends. The journey to success is not easy and it comes with individual private test that are meant to make one better and put you in positions that will allow you to help those who are immediately around you. Naturally I have failed some test on my journey, which only led me to lean on the wisdom and grace that I received from family and friends that God and my personal path have given me. Without love, friends, and family there is no success. A organization that deserves recognition is Hope Network. Hope Network has amazing employees and a new CEO ( Bob Von Kaenel ) who is being innovating and implementing structures & positions that will continue to bring more balance & hope to our West Michigan community members.
