Meet Tiana Austin-Gardner | Grazing Artist, Food Stylist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiana Austin-Gardner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiana, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
While trying to find a pork-free charcuterie board, that was still aesthetically pleasing, I hit a dead end. I began to create pork-free boards and that’s how No Graze Off was born. My boards became very popular. At the time, there were no local companies with options of adding pork-free items, or additional grazing items to a charcuterie board.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We make art you can eat! Each board is meticulously crafted, with flavor pairing, colors, taste, and textures all being considered. We create the most beautiful charcuterie and grazing arrangements that will awe your guests. At No Graze Off is brand for the people — our Grazers! We create fully customizable charcuterie and grazing options. We provide luxury snacking.
Being a person who was always active in school and on campus, that helped me feel more confident speaking to customers, at events and bookings. My collegiate organization participation and campus employment also helped me lead a team, hold meetings, interview, make spreadsheets, and even order inventory. The things that I use daily running my business, took me my whole life to learn. While I didn’t realize I needed to know how to create spreadsheets and display data for my specific major, it comes in handy today.
I am learning something new every day. After each event or order, I am learning new things that will work better next time or that I should try next time. Being a new business owner, I will never stop being open to learning something from someone — mentor or customer.
I want people to know that No Graze Off is a business that cares for each and every one of our Grazers! We make each and every arrangement with out customer’s needs in mind. You can always graze with us!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my bestie was in town, I would definitely hit up one of my favorite sushi spots first. The entire week would be foodie-based, of course, ensuring we go to brunch at least one morning! At some point, my bestie would know that we will be creating at-least one charcuterie board at home!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
At No Graze Off, we call our customers, potential and current, and our social media family our ‘Grazers’. Our Grazers make this business a business, so they deserve a huge shout out!
