We asked members of the community how their organizations help the community. We’ve shared some of the responses below.

First and foremost, I am capturing moments that will last a lifetime. I used to work at an assisted living home and I worked with he patients had dementia, all they had to look back on besides family visiting was photos. I also offer pay what you want minis once a quarter, all of the tips that I receive go to a nonprofit organization of that quarter. Sometimes I use what clients recommend to me, other times its thing that I choose. For example, Leukemia was my winter one this past January, it doesn’t run in my family, but touches my mom a lot because she works with that nonprofit organization for work. This upcoming one in April is going to Alzheimer’s, my grandma on my dads side passed away with it. I have been very fortunate to meet people with lower income, have gone through a life struggle that may not always be able to afford photography. Lastly, I love when I get clients that find me because of my pay what you want minis, for example, I have a family that booked with me because they loved how I give back and they are Leukemia survivors.
