Meet FR35H | Hip-Hop Music Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with FR35H and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi FR35H, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My choice to become a music artist was inspired from me having a deep passion for hip-hop music and the culture. As a youth hip-hop provided me a platform for self-expression. I was able to use music as a way to express my thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I’ve always been motivated by a desire to raise awareness about social injustices, inequality, and every day struggles of growing up in a poverty stricken environment. In essence, me becoming a hip-hop artist was a deeply personal and multifaceted journey, combining artistic passion, social awareness, cultural connection, and the pursuit of creative and entrepreneurial goals.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart- Being open and honest about my own experiences, vulnerabilities, and emotions is what created a strong emotional connection with my audience. Writing lyrics that listeners can relate to, even if the experiences are unique to me, it makes my music universally appealing. My Dedication, persistence, and consistent effort to refine my skills is what set me apart in an industry that values hard work and determination. Being able to bouncing back from failures and setbacks with renewed energy and determination is what made me stand out.
What I’m Excited about- I’m really excited about my upcoming 53 days series. It’s a project that comes off the 53 week release where I dropped a song once a week for a year, This will be a collection of songs where I’ll release a song a day for 53 days. I’ve put my heart and soul into, and I can’t wait for my fans to hear it. I’m exploring some new sounds and experimenting with different styles, so it’s going to be something fresh and unique.
Overcoming Challenges- My style and music has always evolved over time. I’ve learned to embrace change and growth; it’s a natural part of my journey. Being able to recognize the power of my words, especially for younger listeners, underscores the importance of thoughtful and responsible lyricism.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
