We had the good fortune of connecting with LouCresha Fair and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi LouCresha, what makes you happy? Why?
Helping others make me happy. When I do a good deed for someone it makes me happy. Every day I ask God to please use me in whichever way he sees fit.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I was pushed into the entrepreneur world. My business Alease Wine originally was a passion turned to profits. I never set out to be an entrepreneur. This began as a hobby. My Father grew his own grapes and made handcrafted wines. He . taught me how to make the wine in August 2017 and I have not stopped making wine yet. I have named my company after my late mother Alease. I would like everyone to know that this is all Gods plan. If I was not in the entrepreneur world with my business I would not of met some of these amazing Black owned business women. I owe God the praise for putting in the room among Bosses.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend Evette came into town I would take her to the Pink Diamond Beauty Mall and we would have a full day of pampering. We would be able to get massages, nails, feet and out hair done at this one location. We would then leave and go to have lunch at Sister Roles Street Eats in Allen Park. I would plan a Bedroom Kandi girls night for her so that she can see her family & friends and enjoy Girls Night while Markie & I present some soft line, intimate and self care products. On Sunday I will be sure to take her to an event so that she will be able to get a strawberry crunch nachos from Rosey Cheeks and get a Unik I am bucket bag purse from Shayla Unik.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate my first ShoutOut to my daughter Markie McClain,

Her encouragement and support have been invaluable to me, and I don’t think I could have made it this far without her. She has pushed me to be my best, and she never given up on me, even when I’ve stumbled. I feel so lucky to have her as my child. I would like to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do

My 2nd and final ShoutOut goes to my cousin Janell Fair

Janell has pushed me into the entrepreneur world. I was pushed beyond my limits and it helped me discover what I am truly capable of achieving.
