Meet Amedeo Iasci | Sustainable real eatate investor/ model and content creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Amedeo Iasci and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Amedeo, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
I never had balance i had harmony. My parents did an awesome job at integrating us kids in the work business life of my father. We had client dinenrs at home that helped us to grow and talk to numerous interesting people. Inbelieve that separating work and life is wasteful and unnatural. If you do something you like and integrate it with non work activities that is the best way of living to me. For me it was bringing my friends to my real estate demolitions or posting as a content creator while skiing ecc
What should our readers know about your business?
I did 5 years of career in automotive of which 2 at Lamborghini corporate. In parallel I started investing in real estate. After growing the portfolio to a few properties i presented the numbers to friends and family who agreed to invest with me. At that point i decided to leave lamborghini and go full time into flipping or fixing and renting real estate. In the meantime i started my social media to report my daily updates on this and talk about the perspective of an italian in the us leading us finally to today where i run a portfolio of 10 homes and a monthly viewership of 20 million views
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since it s the winter and i live in northern virginia i would take my friend a few times skiing in southern Pennsylvania during the week (seven springs, liberty mountain and whitetail resort. Midweek would be perfect for a drive with my classic car in the backroads of middleburg hills in northern virginia to then end up at summit point racetrack for a track day with my old track car. Weekends would be lunch in georgetown dc at canale, dinner at supra, a Georgian restaurant in dc, relaxing pregame at the gibson speakeasy on 14 street and some european techno at flash club
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents had the largest impact especially when it came to teaching resilience, gratitude and delayed gratification for the bigger things. Three factors that can set people up for exponential growth. My sister, as a woman thought me about empathy and trying to understand what people really want, a thing that is fundamental when your career revolves around serving people. My younger brother thought me about community and how it is always better to strengthen bridges than burning them especially when it comes to family, a factors that is very true especially when observing the most popular and powerful families in history.
