Hi Autumn, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand LITY-Lord I Thank You is making sure that no matter what I continue to show gratitude no matter what life looks like. In life it’s a known fact that it takes more energy and work to be happy than upset. Sounds crazy right? But it’s true! Sometimes in life if we don’t have everything that we feel we need or want at that very moment! We adapt to a known state of the mind which is mostly depression! In that moment we tend to forget about everything that we do have! A lot of times that tends to be comfortable because some of us visit that mental space often it becomes comfortable, It takes more work to change the narrative of our lives and mental state by making a conscious decision to find something every single day to be Thankful for.. We sometimes are so overwhelmed with life that we don’t even think about the fact that we are still alive and breathing. I make it a point that no matter where I go that I’m saying LITY and having open conversations in regards to just what it truly means to be Thankful! To have open dialogue and to experience the moments that individuals really change their mindset in that moment is so rewarding and refreshing. Before you know it!! Everyone is saying LITY-Lord I Thank You! I take LITY wherever I go! I even wear it on my wrist as a reminder to just take that moment throughout the day to just be Thankful!!!!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m most proud and excited about just being Thankful!!!! The challenge is making a decision to be grateful no matter my circumstances! I learned to not quit and most importantly is to work your business daily.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Cigar Bar- Drink some bourbon and whiskey. Locker Room- Drinks and Wings
Somerset Mall to do a little shopping and grab a bite at Ocean Prime and J Alexander’s
Sit on the deck and I would grill and have girl talk and Go Live on TikTok and call it LITY- Let’s talk about it..
Hang out Downtown for a day and bar hop
By then we would need a vacation from the vacation LOL

To my family, close friends and supporters! I so appreciate the love and support that you all have given me throughout this journey! You all are the reason that I won’t give up and will continue to do whatever is needed in order for LITY to become world wide!
