Meet Jennylyn Conrad | Founder/Mobile Notary with Conrad Signings LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennylyn Conrad and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennylyn, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
The idea for my business, Conrad Signings LLC, came from a desire to create a career that allowed me to balance my love for customer service with the flexibility to be present for my family. After working in management roles, I realized I wanted to build something of my own—something that reflected my values of professionalism, reliability, and service excellence.
When I discovered the mobile notary and signing industry, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to meet a real need in my community while creating a fulfilling career. Over time, I expanded my services to include apostille and courier work because I wanted to offer my clients a one-stop solution for their document-handling needs. My goal has always been to raise the bar by delivering outstanding service and also brings a human touch to every transaction. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see my business grow and positively impact both my family and my clients.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
About My Business and What Sets Us Apart
Conrad Signings LLC is more than just a mobile notary and signing service—it’s a brand built on trust, professionalism, and going the extra mile. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to making every client feel valued and supported. Whether it’s notarizations, apostille services, or courier deliveries, I pride myself on offering reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional service. My clients know they can depend on me to handle their needs with care and precision, saving them time and stress.
What I’m Most Proud of and Excited About
I’m most proud of how my business has grown from a simple vision into a trusted service in my community. What excites me most is the opportunity to continue expanding my services and helping even more people. Each day brings a chance to learn, grow, and connect with others, and that’s what fuels my passion.
How I Got Here and the Challenges Along the Way
Starting and growing Conrad Signings LLC hasn’t been easy. As a mom of two young children, balancing work, family, and personal growth has been a challenge. When I first started, I struggled with self-doubt, navigating a new industry, and finding my footing as an entrepreneur.
To overcome these challenges, I leaned on my support system, sought out mentors, and invested in continuous learning. Networking played a huge role in helping me build relationships and trust within my community. There were times I felt overwhelmed, especially while navigating postpartum depression, but I reminded myself why I started: to create a better future for my family and to provide a service that truly helps others.
Lessons I’ve Learned Along the Way
Consistency is key: Showing up and delivering excellent service, even on tough days, builds trust and reputation.
Ask for help: Success is never a solo journey. I’ve learned the power of leaning on my network and seeking guidance when needed.
Adaptability matters: Challenges are inevitable, but how we respond to them defines our success.
Resilience: Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and don’t shy away from taking risks.
Relationships: Building and nurturing genuine relationships are key to long-term success and fulfillment.
Continuous Learning: Stay curious and never stop learning. This keeps you adaptable and forward-thinking.
What I Want the World to Know
Conrad Signings LLC isn’t just a business; it’s a reflection of my heart, determination, and desire to make a difference. I started this journey to be present for my family while pursuing my passion for customer service. My story is one of perseverance, community, and the belief that with hard work and support, anything is possible.
My goal is to continue raising the bar in the services I provide and to inspire others to pursue their dreams, no matter the obstacles.
