We had the good fortune of connecting with Sunjai Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sunjai, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve known since my teenage years that entrepreneurship was my path. The idea of owning multiple businesses always excited me, and I was determined to make that vision a reality. My entry into real estate came from the help of my father, who encouraged me to explore the field. Initially, I planned to buy and flip homes, but after connecting with his Realtor® and learning more about the industry, I was inspired to become a licensed Realtor® myself.

In addition to real estate, I co-founded “4S Collections” with my mom and sisters—a dream we’ve shared for years. We went back and forth between launching a hair business or a clothing brand. While I’ve had experience promoting and selling hair, including having our own curated wig collection under another company, our shared passion for fashion ultimately led us to start our own online boutique and clothing line. It’s been a fulfilling experience to build something we love as a family.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In my real estate career, my passion lies in helping people turn their dreams into reality—whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. I bring patience, care, and honesty to every interaction, and I strive daily to exceed my clients’ expectations.

One of the things I love most about this profession is meeting new people and building lasting relationships. I understand that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I’m committed to making the experience as smooth, easy, and memorable as possible.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the happiness and joy on my clients’ faces when they become homeowners. It’s a moment I’m honored to be part of—and it fuels my drive to help others achieve their real estate goals.

4S Collections was created by a dynamic mother-daughter team—Selena and her daughters Sunjai, Star, and Sky—collectively known as The 4S Girls. What started as a shared dream among four women has grown into a thriving fashion brand with a powerful mission: to offer stylish, high-quality attire to our incredible supporters—many of whom have followed our journey on social media and through the hit TV show “Bring It!”

Founded in 2024, 4S Collections is a reflection of our love for fashion and family. Our goal is to provide exclusive pieces from our personal collection, along with boutique items that help you elevate your wardrobe with confidence and flair. Each item is chosen with care, representing the style, spirit, and individuality we believe every woman deserves to express.

Throughout our journey, we’ve learned that building a business is far from easy. It takes time, patience, and relentless dedication. But as we always say—if running a business were easy, everyone would do it. That’s why we’re committed not only to growing our brand but also to inspiring others to chase their dreams with intention and heart.

What began as just an idea—with no exact plan or timeline—became a goal, and ultimately, a reality. A dream is just a dream until it’s backed by action. A goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline—and 4S Collections is living proof of that.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I love exploring my city and enjoying the simple things in life! One of my favorite weekend activities is going to brunch—The Manship is my go-to spot. The atmosphere, the food, everything about it just hits the spot.

I also enjoy catching a good movie or going bowling with friends—it’s all about making memories and having fun. If I’m heading out for drinks, you’ll probably find me at a lively Mexican restaurant or enjoying the nightlife at one of our local clubs.

One thing I’m especially excited about is the new Topgolf that just opened nearby! I had a blast visiting one out of town, so I’m thrilled we now have one here too—it’s definitely going to be a new favorite hangout spot.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who have supported me throughout my career journey.

First, my father, James Williams—known to most as “JJ”—has believed in my real estate career from the very beginning. His encouragement, guidance, and referrals continue to push me forward each day. His belief in me means more than words can express. I am so grateful to have such an amazing father by my side.

To my beloved brother, Quincy Johnson— his encouragement while studying for my real estate license gave me the extra strength I needed. He always reminded me that it would all be worth it. After losing him, it was terribly hard. Til this day, his words still gives me the strength to continue and fuel my drive and determination.

Tonya Southern-Morgan, thank you for being the best mentor anyone could ask for. Your wisdom, guidance, and daily support have been instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of this Real Estate business and grow as a professional.

To my mom and sisters—my all-time biggest supporters and business partners, thank you for always believing in me and all of our shared business adventures with the latest being our 4SCollections online boutique and clothing line.
