There wasn’t a single defining moment that pushed me to start my own business—it was more of a realization that what I wanted to create for the world couldn’t be achieved by just being a pharmacist. As a healthcare professional, I see firsthand how the lack of mental wellness impacts the human experience. This issue is even more prevalent in first-generation families, where high expectations often create immense pressure without proper outlets or coping mechanisms. Read More>>

The conventional belief that a four-year college degree is essential for success is an idea that deserves reevaluation. I believe success can be defined in various ways, and it often depends on individual goals, passions, and skills. Many successful entrepreneurs, artists, and those who choose a trade have thrived without a traditional degree. Their achievements highlight that practical experience, creativity, and determination often outweigh formal education in the journey to success. Read More>>
I’m inspired by the power of connection—how bringing the right people and resources together can transform lives. As a nurse and healthcare marketer, I’ve seen firsthand how access to the right care at the right time can make all the difference. I’m also inspired by innovation—the challenge of finding new ways to bridge gaps in healthcare, whether through technology, community organizing, or strategic partnerships. Seeing real impact, whether it’s a senior getting the support they need or a healthcare provider growing because of smarter outreach, fuels my passion every day. Read More>>

The most important factor behind my success and the success of Ink & Dye is a deep commitment to people over profits. Whether it’s through our work with clients, the advocacy my husband and I do in our community, or the inclusive environment we’ve created at the studio, everything is rooted in genuine care. Our brand isn’t just about tattoos and hair; it’s about connection, empowerment, and being part of something bigger than ourselves. Read More>>
The people and energy I choose to surround myself with is huge to what I’ve been able to accomplish. If you are in the wrong environment, the seed you plant will not grow. It is crucial to be in a place where your ideas can really flourish. It is easier said than done though. Just staying consistent and being organized alone does a lot too. Read More>>

Sometimes I ask myself the same question. I just love making art, and I love making people smile and feel good. My absolute dream is to work on movies, I like the deep ones that have a very important meaning behind them. However when it comes to my photography career I see it less as selling a product/service, and more as providing a service that is capturing memories for forever. Like a painter. Read More>>
I chose a creative career because I’ve always been drawn to capturing moments that others might overlook. My journey started with photographing children’s football matches—back then, I didn’t even own a professional camera. Despite that, the Azerbaijan Football Federation Association noticed my work, which motivated me to keep going. Later, I moved on to capturing concerts, where I realized that my passion wasn’t just about looking at things but truly seeing and feeling them. Photography became a way for me to connect with people and tell stories through visuals. Read More>>
