Starting out on this entire endeavor was a complete risk. I decided to leave college at the end of my sophomore year to fully pursue photography and videography with only one class for media production under my belt, but I knew my own limits and what I was capable of doing so taking that risk of leaving behind a degree was one I was willing to take. When I got my NETA Group Fitness Instructor certification and started classes, I realized that I couldn’t just teach a fitness class. While I loved to teach, fitness was more for me. Fitness was a way to connect with God. I would put my AirPods in, turn on worship music, and lift. It was my time, during my TBI, to get away from the world and connect with the Lord.
